ID/DD Case Manager
(Intellectual/ Developmental Disabilities)
This position will provide case management services in an outpatient setting. Incumbant must meet Medicaid standards for qualified case manager for developmental disabilities case management services and possess previous work experience in similar setting. Bachelor's degree and experience with ID and DD Community Waivers required. Valid VA Driver's license and acceptable driving record also required (Position #3100)
These full time positions in the Farmville area offer an excellent fringe benefit package and salary is commensurate with experience.
