    Job Description
    Full Time Position
    The primary responsibility is to provide best in class customer service with customers in person, by telephone or email, to answer questions and resolve issues as well as office secretarial tasks.  Competency with office automation and computer technology to include Microsoft Office is essential. 

    • Experience and knowledge of office procedures
    • good organizational skills
    • good public relations ability
    • high school or General Educational Degree (GED), or any combination of education and experience
    Service Technician- Full Time
    • Experience in HVAC, repair/services of oil/propane products
