Simply put, CrossFit is a general preparedness program that uses functional movements, which are constantly varied and performed at high intensity. The workouts of the day (WOD’s) are adjusted to your fitness level and will make you stronger, faster, and more flexible. CrossFit can be incorporated into any lifestyle, and we guarantee it will change your current idea of what it means to be “fit”.
We began this journey several years ago in a basement. Concrete walls, concrete floors, little equipment, big dreams. Friends gathered to become healthy and fit together. The journey hasn’t been easy, but it has been rewarding- pounds and inches lost, burpees, double-unders, and pull-ups conquered. It is through our failures and victories that we have become a family, the CrossFit family. We are moms and dads, brothers, sister, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and outlaws. We are young, we are middle-age, and we are seasoned. We laugh together, cry together, and cheer each other on.
