Storytellers of Prince Edward County

Join us for the unveiling of the third edition of the Storytellers magazine collaboration between individuals who experienced the civil rights history of Prince Edward County, referred to as Storytellers, and Longwood students who are participating in English 400: Active Citizenship and Art 254 Photography courses. The first collaborative project like this was completed in Spring 2014 and entitled 10 Stories, 50 Years Later, the second was Their Voices, Our Stories in Spring 2016.

With this exhibition we are hosting members of the community will have the opportunity to preview the magazine and meet with storytellers, student writers, and photographers as they share their work. Refreshments will be served. The exhibition will remain available until 4/27/18. Copies of the magazine will be available for free at the Museum Bookstore.
