• Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance their wellness journey.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, including notes on physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to each session.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff when necessary to coordinate client care.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and creating a positive experience for every client.
Qualifications
• Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state or local regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
