About Us

Ashley Ailsworth Sterling, Esq. was raised in Farmville, Virginia, attending Prince Edward County Public Schools. Following high school, Ashley earned her undergraduate degree in History at Virginia Tech and law degree at Georgetown Law in Washington, DC.


Ashley previously served as Corporate Counsel for the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA). She established Sterling Legal, PLLC in 2017 to help meet the legal needs of her hometown and the surrounding community.
